The Safe Haven initiative focuses on creating positive opportunities for teens to gather, interact and participate in supervised activities in a secure setting. The event will feature a variety of entertainment and engagement options, including digital gaming, a free screening of the film Coach Carter, creative art activities and live music provided by DJs. County and City officials emphasize that the event is part of a broader effort to support youth engagement, strengthen community connections and provide safe alternatives for evening activities during the summer months.
Security and supervision will be in place throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for all attendees. A clear bag policy will be enforced, and all venue policies will apply.
Admission to the event is free.
