PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE

On December 1, 2025, the Dougherty County Board of Commissioners announced its intention to increase 2025 property taxes by 16 percent over the rollback millage rate for the Countywide General Fund and by 0.14 percent over the rollback millage rate for the Unincorporated Special Services District.
