Proposed Data Center Development Moratorium Public Meeting

The Dougherty County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Monday, Aug. 31, 2026, at 10 a.m. at the Government Center, 222 Pine Ave., Albany, to receive public input on a proposed temporary 180-day moratorium on data center development within unincorporated Dougherty County.
