DOUGHERTY COUNTY, GEORGIA - Today, the Dougherty County Police Department (DCPD) released information on a wanted man, who is charged with Felony Theft. Franklin Lee Croker (aka "Frankie") stole a trailer containing a large amount of lawn equipment from 2702 Lindsey Avenue that had been donated to a youth program designed to teach youth responsibility and working skills that is run by King-La'Keit "King" Randall.
In addition, "Frankie" is also the suspect in other thefts involving vehicles, trailers and lawn equipment. If any individuals in Dougherty County or surrounding counties has purchased or received an- ything from Franklin Lee Croker, they have likely received stolen property, which is considered a crime. If anyone has received or purchased anything from Franklin Croker, the Dougherty County Police Department requests that you bring it to the Police Department at 2106 Habersham Road. By surrending this property to DCPD, these individuals will not be charged with Theft by Receiving Stolen Property.
